At Writoholics, our goal is to deliver high-quality, original content that meets your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our content writing services.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Digital Nature of Services

All our services, including content writing, proofreading, and editing, are digital in nature. Once the final deliverables are sent to you, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same project, the extra payment will be refunded in full.
  • Service Non-Delivery : If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon content within the agreed timeframe and no mutually acceptable extension is arranged, you may request a refund.
  • Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts) : If you cancel your order before work begins, we will refund the payment minus any administrative/transaction fees.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You request a refund after the work has been initiated or delivered.
  • You are dissatisfied for subjective reasons (e.g., writing style, tone) but the content meets the project specifications.
  • You fail to provide the necessary information, feedback, or approvals needed to complete the work.
  • You request revisions outside the agreed scope and choose not to proceed with them.
  • SEO performance, search engine acceptance, or ranking results do not meet expectations (as these are outside our control).

Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed and delivered, any refund granted will be proportional to the uncompleted portion of the order, less administrative and processing costs.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@writoholics.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
  2. Provide the reason for your request along with any supporting evidence.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


Payment of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment provider but typically range from 5–10 business days.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute and recover costs related to fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
